Listing Services

Due to our well thought out business model, we have the reach of the largest brokerage firms yet provide a more personalized approach to each property offering more individualized attention and most importantly, a highly tailored strategic plan. Our network of contacts across the country includes many REITS, private investors, and tenant relationships.

In addition, we market each property through CoStar, Loopnet, Commercial MLS, -RetailTrac (reverse marketing, drawing in Regional and National tenants thru pull marketing) and our CCIM Property network. 

From Lead to Lease

Generating a quality lead is the first step but it is only as good as the people and the process that follow it up. When the lead comes in, the phone needs to be answered. CAM uses a live, 24 hour, answering service to route the call to the proper sales associate. Qualifying the tenant, determining the usage, and guiding the tenant to the right space for their needs are all tasks that our associates are prepared to handle. Ultimately, this results in a letter of intent (LOI) for consideration by the owner and comes to fruition as a completed lease. 

From initial contact, to an LOI and then a lease, Capital Asset Management has processes in place to maximize return on investment for our clients. Part of the consideration of an LOI is the costs associated with delivering the suite to the tenant. From maintenance issues to property upkeep, Capital Asset Management has all bases covered. Analyzing tenant improvement costs, and determining the expenses that will be a part of the commitment by the owner, CAM has a process to keep our clients informed every step of the way.

Our brokerage division is a tightly integrated group of talented professionals with access to our industry-leading market research and market intelligence data analysis capabilities.
