Dena Zell is a Partner with Capital Asset Management (“CAM”). Prior to joining CAM, Dena was Vice President of Retail Brokerage for ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services (“ZELL”) since 2010, which was acquired by CAM in late 2021.

Dena has grown up in this industry, her father, Alan Zell, founded ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services in 1977 and is known as the market leader in retail real estate. Dena has benefited from this lifelong knowledge to guide her client’s efforts on tenant representation and acting on behalf of property owners/landlords on her many property listings.

A native to the Valley, Dena graduated from Chaparral High School and the University of Arizona. Dena holds an Arizona real estate license and is an active member of ICSC and the Urban Land Institute Young Leadership Group. Outside of her career, Dena enjoys yoga, spin, traveling and volunteering her time.
