Trent Wilson is an Associate with Capital Asset Management (“CAM”) and Capital Development Group (“CDG”). Trent joined the CAM team in January of 2020 with a focus on real estate development and brokerage. Prior to joining CAM/CDG, Trent worked at JDM Partners, a capital fund investment and land development firm, where he was involved in acquisitions and development projects ranging from high-profile urban mixed-use infill to a 38,000-acre master plan.

On a day-to-day basis, Trent is involved in CDG’s push toward current and future developments with site selection, due diligence, consultant communication, and financial review, while also managing and leasing multiple properties for CAM around the greater Phoenix area.

Living in Arizona for all but one year of his life, he attended Grand Canyon University, where he played Division 1 baseball and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics. In addition to his career, Trent enjoys playing golf, riding motorcycles, physical fitness, and spending time with family and friends.
