Assistant Property Manager
The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for supporting the property manager in day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets, primarily retail but may include office, industrial, executive suites, and associations. Duties include coordinating service requests, communicating with tenants, managing rental agreements, and supporting the Property Manager by improving office operations and procedures. The Assistant Property Manager will be an integral member of the property team and a point of contact for tenant inquiries.

We are seeking a full-time Accountant to join our Phoenix, AZ office. The Accountant will take ownership of all core accounting functions across a growing portfolio, including accounts receivable and payable, financial reporting, budgeting, bank reconciliations, and CAM reconciliations. While not required, experience in real estate and property accounting is beneficial.
