GERMAINE BROWN

Germaine Brown is a Property Manager with Capital Asset Management (“CAM”). Germaine has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining CAM, Germaine was part of ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services (“ZELL”) which was acquired by CAM in late 2021.

Germaine has previously worked for Simon Property Group, RED Development and The Howard Hughes Corporation, overseeing the management of retail shopping centers, industrial assets and Class A high-rise office. She has directed the successful opening of development projects throughout the country, including Cityscape, here in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Germaine manages each asset from an owner’s perspective, maintaining high standards and maximizing value.

Germaine attended Northern Illinois University and Beloit College. Outside of work Germaine enjoys hiking, biking and outdoor activities with her husband, two boys and Jimmy the dog.
