KATIE DRISCOLL

Katie Driscoll is a Property Manager at Capital Asset Management (CAM), overseeing a diverse portfolio of ten properties, including office, retail, and medical office associations. Her primary responsibilities include reporting and communication with property owners, capital improvements and project management, routine and general maintenance operations, service contracts, lease administration, and tenant relations. She also manages vendor and contractor relationships, oversees financial management and budgeting, and supervises engineering teams to ensure the smooth operation of all properties under her care.

Katie attended Arizona State University, graduating in 2018 with a degree in Human Nutrition and Global Health. After traveling and volunteering post-graduation, she joined CAM, where her dedication, communication, organizational skills, and strong work ethic have made her an asset to the team. In her free time, Katie enjoys cooking, art, traveling, and reading.
