Rachelle Smith Strole, founder and co-owner of Capital Asset Management (CAMCRE), brings more than three decades of experience in banking, development and real estate. Raised in a family rooted in hospitality development, she developed an early passion for real estate along with the values that continue to define her leadership today: hard work, resilience, trust and integrity.
Her entrepreneurial career began early. In 1998, Strole founded Hermosa Homes Builders, and by age 25, she had acquired a 50% stake in a mortgage banking firm, expanding it into a multi-state operation. During the 2008 financial crisis, she was selected to manage the first FDIC structured sale portfolio, overseeing more than $700 million in commercial assets nationwide. That experience ultimately led her to co-found CAMCRE with her husband, Aaron, in 2009.
Today, CAMCRE is a full-service commercial real estate firm managing more than 175 properties across Arizona, California, Nevada, Texas and Hawaii. Under Strole’s leadership, the company has built its reputation on transparency, collaboration and lasting relationships.
Her impact extends beyond business through mentorship, community involvement and advocacy for the next generation of professionals.
